Who We’re Looking for:

We are currently adding a Video Marketing Strategist to our team; someone who is fun to work with, full of hustle, and driven to add value to a growing firm. This position is responsible for researching, developing, implementing, overseeing and reporting on video marketing campaigns and strategies for SLM clients. The right person will have solid experience with Google’s TrueView/AdWords/Analytics and PPC ad spend campaigns. We’re looking for candidates who understand the dynamic world of digital marketing especially as it relates to online video and YouTube.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to determine target audiences and establish video marketing goals

  • Creating video marketing campaigns on YouTube, Facebook and other social video channels

  • Conduct research, implement and monitor video marketing campaigns

  • Drive ad engagement and get results for clients

  • Read, learn, grow - stay up to speed on current and future best practices.

  • Establish clear transferable and scalable strategies to use with other video marketing campaigns

  • Analyze campaigns, report on the outcomes, and develop recommendations for clients

  • Meet with clients to clearly communicate results and recommend new marketing goals

  • Provide leadership to the SLM team when it comes video marketing strategy

  • Contribute creatively to the task of finding creative and results-oriented solutions for SLM clients

  • Geek out on analysis and accurately interpret the data

  • Be able to produce clear, concise and valuable reports for SLM clients

  • Be driven to get SLM clients results

  • Demonstrate the ability to learn, grow, and adapt to meet best practices in video marketing

  • Be optimistic and find creative ways to overcome challenges

  • Utilize clear, timely, and respectful communication with the SLM team and its clients

  • Be punctual and reliable – always!
